Stay up at midnight is
dangerous. As we know, in this era; stay up at midnight is being trend because
workers or students usually do that as obligation. People do stay up at midnight
because they have limited time to do their work or assignment at noon. Beside of
obligation, people should give attention to their body. Stay up at midnight is
dangerous not only physically but also mentally.

Firstly, stay up at
midnight, physically; can decrease immune system which is susceptible to
disease such as flu, fever, hepatitis, lung infection, and intentional infections.
This is happens if body get tired of stay up at midnight. If human lack of
sleep because stay up at midnight they will get headache which is can damage
brain cells. According to a study conducted by Orfeu Buxton in Boston’s Brigham
and Women’s Hospital showed that people who sleep less than five hours at night
can be at risk for type 2 diabetes. Not only that, people who sleep less than six
hours at night can be at risk for heart disease and stroke. Sleep less than six
hours can cause inflammation of the arteries that result in the risk of plaque
buildup in which the human blood vessels become elevated. This is because it
increases the levels of C-creative protein (CPR) in the body.

midnight, mentally; can decrease hormone melatonin. People who lack of sleeping
have hormone melatonin less than people who sleep normally. People sleep
deprivation can get interference feeling such as anxious, angry, tired, etc. People
who stay up at midnight will get mental disorders, if they do stay up at
midnight sustainable. Also, stay up at midnight can be dangerous because make
people have a nervous breakdown function. And the last can decrease stressed for
people.
