 My comfortable hometown

I am living in my lovely home town, it is called Demak. My hometown has a strong history, almost all of the history is related to Islam. Demak is famous with the statement “Demak kota wali” which means that Demak is the city that has guardian. The word Demak is from Arabic language which has meaning swamp.

Demak has 897,43 km² large and has a population of 1.055.579 inhabitans in 2010. Demak is contains of 14 districts and 243 villages. There are many objects that people can visit it, but the most famous object in Demak are the great mosque of Demak and the tomb of Sunan Kalijaga. People are visiting to Demak because they want to do pilgrimage, especially for moslem.  Not only “Demak kota wali” for the famous name, but also Demak have “kota beramal”, “kota belimbing”, “kota jambu” for the others famous name. The atmosphere of Demak maybe little bit warm than Semarang city, so it is comfortable if we are living in this town on a cold or rain season. Mostly people of Demak are farmer and fisherman, they are farming and fishing for their life to live.

My Luxurious Ring

I have a ring, it is luxurious and sparkling ring. I got this ring from my beloved sister about three years ago. My ring is my favorite thing that I am wearing it all the time. It is not because the ring has an expensive price, but it is because of its meaning.

My favorite ring has gold color. It has eight diamond which makes a sparkle, but three of them was gone. Now just five diamond. The color of diamond are combining between white and clear which makes the ring more luxurious. The shape of the ring are circle with zigzag variation, its belong with my personality. The ring has twenty four rusts and it looks so amazing for me. The ring is too big for my ring finger, so i am wearing it in my middle left finger. The purpose of my ring is not only makes my finger looks more beautiful, but also help me to remember some memories of the past and to remember my family.

Last month, my boarding house's friends asked me to visit Magelang city. They said we went there to celebrate our GPA because we got a good grade.

First, My friends and I went to Kyai Langgeng by car that we prepared before. Actually, that wasn't my first time to go there, but I enjoyed it because we had fun. When we came in, we started to escalade the mini train. After that we went to 6D Animation which was so tighten vehicle. Everybody was scream over there, but I wasn't. Then, my friends and I tried to find something to eat, but we only got "pop mie". After few minutes, my friends and I went back to the car. We went in the direction of "Borobudur Place".

When we arrived at Borobudur Place, we started to take picture. It was one of beautiful view that I ever saw. After took a lot of picture, we bought the ticket to go in the Borobudur temple.

Then we started to escalade stairs of Borobudur. It was tired enough till we arrived o the top of Borobudur temple. My friends and I spent time to look the background or view. We was admire until forgot the time. It was rainy when we shopping gift in Borobudur place. Then, we ate Bakso at a restaurant. We walked to the car, it was so tired.

Evening was came and its rainy day, we decided to go back to our lovely boarding house in Semarang.

It was tired, but I enjoyed the lovely day with my friends in Borobudur Place.
